In mid-2017, I received the request from different angles if I had some time left. One could use some salessupport and the other one could use some help with filling in a vacancy. The base has been layed for the designbrands, why not? Finally, I have more than 15 years of experience in sales and over 6 years in recruitment of bachelor level and higher and I am happy to share.

Strong points are perseverance and sincere interest in the people with whom I work and do business with. Sales people are often about their bad structure and chaotic way of working, promising things that they can not make true. In my point of view, structuring a salesprocess, managing expectations, keep up to promisses and be able to implement a deal is important and helps you to be better and more professional.

The recruitment service includes drawing a jobprofile, deploying proper recruitment channels and social media strategy, search and screen candidates, accompanying candidates’ process and follow up of the application procedure plus an advice on terms of employment. Of course, a reference check will be part of the service too.
